Terms & Conditions — BW555 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bw555," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bw555 platform and its operating entity, licensed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the bw555 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the bw555 website accessible at bw555.net, the bw555 mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the bw555 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's bw555 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, voucher credits, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming regulatory authority.

To access real-money games on bw555, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bw555. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• Non-Transferability: Your bw555 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

bw555 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bw555 account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bw555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Processing: bw555 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified, any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied, and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or investigations.
• Currency: All transactions on bw555 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• Transaction Fees: bw555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bw555 accepts no responsibility.

bw555 offers bonuses, vouchers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the specific promotion terms specify otherwise.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the bw555 platform are sourced from certified game providers and operate using independently verified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.

• Each game on bw555 has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on bw555's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record for the purposes of determining the outcome of any wager.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the bw555 platform — including but not limited to the bw555 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of bw555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bw555 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the bw555 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any bw555 content.
• Use the bw555 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the bw555 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bw555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond bw555's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

bw555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bw555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bw555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bw555 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to the completion of any applicable verification and investigation procedures.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting bw555 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact bw555 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. bw555 is committed to addressing player complaints promptly and fairly. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to the bw555 support team, and bw555 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game, the server-side game records maintained by bw555 shall be the definitive record for the purposes of dispute resolution.
